Meter reading is done on a monthly basis. The readings are taken every 30 days, plus or minus 5 days. If we cannot get a reading in time, we will estimate your bill based on your usage history and you will see an "E" next to the usage. Your payment is due within 30 days, after which your past due balance will appear on your new bill as "balance forward", and after 45 days you will receive a termination notice for the past due balance.
